Hi all,

This is a post from another list. I wanted to share it with you all in case there is someone out there that is looking into getting HBOT affordably.

Blessings,

Julia

Well, many of you have heard the rumors already that Miracle Mountain
is opening a new center somewhere up North. Well, sooner or later
the news will get out.

Actually, a new center will be opening soon, in Wisconsin, close to
Milwaukee. Miracle Mountain is working to help the center open and
the same ideas will be used, the same Christian Principles will be
used to operate the center. A lot of prayer will make this new
center exist and work. How far along are we? Training is taking
place right now and began a few months ago. A lot of careful
planning has been happening. The equipment and furnishings have
already been purchased and are in the process of going in.

We will soon announce the location and the opening date. Hopefully,
we can make our original opening date of around the 1st of Feb.

Best of all, the rates charged for HBOT will be the lowest in the USA
except for Miracle Mountain in NC. Probably very close the same,
however, they may be a couple dollars higher because the area is a
more expensive area to do business in and since we operate as a
Cooperative, our pricing depends on the actual costs of doing business.

I would also like to note that the people who will be operating this
new center are some of the most wonderful Christian individuals I
have ever dealt with. In addition, they have mortgaged their home
and used every means possible to get this done. They have made the
absolute commitment financially and personally to make this work in
order to provide hbot to children all over the country who otherwise
could not afford it.

We are using a 6 place multichamber so we can treat as many children
as possible. We may limit the first session to only 6 or 8 children
until we fine tune everything. Judy and I will probably be there in
the beginning to make certain the same high standards of treatment
are being applied. Fortunately, I feel much more confident about the
opening of the new Miracle Mountain than when we opened the first
one. 14,000 very successful treatments can boost your confidence
and knowledge.

We are working on housing right now and our aim is to keep housing at
$20 per night if possible, however, we are realizing it is tougher to
do that in Wisconsin than it is here in NC. My son graduated high
school in Wisconsin and went on to be a Christian Attorney here in
NC. So, Wisconsin must be a pretty nice place.

The Miracle Mountain concept is not about competition or treating at
a lower rate than everyone else. It is about seeking out children
who will not be able to afford hbot at other freestanding centers and
helping provide them hbot. Our concept teaches that a child should
not be discriminated against because of financial capabilities. They
need hbot just as bad as those who can afford it.

Please keep in mind there are a lot of very capable centers in the
USA now who have very reasonable rates. We are not here to compete
with them. They have to pay their bills and they have a right to
make a profit. And if you think they are not reasonable in price,
compare them to the medical centers who charge 5 to 15 times as much
and will not even treat brain injury. All the freestanding centers
have made personal sacrifices to provide you with great service at
reasonable rates. I am pretty proud of all the centers and
operators that I personally know and I think the hyperbaric community
can hold their heads high in the areas of neurological injury.

We want to fill in the gap in the Northern USA like we do in the
South by making hbot affordable to all. And that is what we have
been doing for 7 years.

We are ready to begin taking applications at the Wisconsin facility,
even though we don't have all the facts on costs yet, and we will
need to complete those studies to determine how much we will have to
charge. A cooperative is an organization who represents all its
members by taking its costs and adding a small amount to determine
the cost to its members. But we can guarantee the per treatment
prices will be less than $70 and possibly much lower. We would
like to try to keep them at the same rates as here in NC, however,
the costs may not allow it to be quite as low.

If you would like to get in line, we expect it to book up fast, the
same as it does here in NC, so you may want to reserve space
early. Just email me at rhartsoe@skybest. com . Thanks to
everyone for making the Miracle Mountain concept so successful.

Not certain if we will call the one in Wisconsin Miracle Mountain
since we can't seem to find a mountain close by but we'll decide that later.

Very exciting for all of us.

By the way, we do not discriminate against anyone regardless of race
or religion. We know all the kids are God's children. That's all
that matters and that is the reason they all deserve an equal chance.
