Hi everyone--I remember reading somehwere on here that if you've been on abx you have to wait three months before being tested for co infections--is this true?

I've just finished a month of IV rocephin with no improvement (yes i know sometimes it takes longer, I just don't think my body can ahdnle another dose at this point! [bonk]

) and think I may have another infection.

I just wondered if I should wait before pushing my neuro into testing...

Any responses would be appreciated... [Wink]

I never heard that.

Keep going!! You've only just begun!

DEFINITELY would wait. Neuros are clueless.

Hang in there. Get tested for the coinfections so you will know what you're up against.
