I've been on Zithromax 500 mg. since September. Since Thanksgiving I've been experiencing horrible fatigue and ear ringing. Ear stuff is always worst when lying down. Now dizziness, foggy head/emotions and blurry vision is setting in and I feel real weak.

Had a rough start with nausea in September/October, but I thought I was getting over the worst of it. Now this stuff is blowing in like a nasty squall.

I had 3 1/2 months on Rocephin before the Zithromax and vision and ear stuff was clearing up. Could the cummulative Zith be too potent?

Anyone with similar experience?

Wiser,

I had your symptoms LONG before I ever got any medications...TBD's can cause that stuff all by their lonsome.

Having said that, everyone reacts differently to different things...

So you may pick from the above.
