Does anyone know if you can get a rash when you have Babeisa...I have been using Dr. Klinghardt's KMT 24 frequency device and broke out in a rash under my right armpit...They are tiny red spots...

Can one get them tested for Babesia?

Hi. I've been tested for babesia, but the fsh test was negative.

I do,however, exhibit every single one of the symptoms and my LLMD is positive I have it.

Funny about the rash. I am currently taking malorone and zith for babs, and I just broke out in a rash of little red bumps on my torso.

It itches too. I don't think this is an allergic reaction to meds as I have been on them for about 10 days.

Although I know you can become allergic at any time to meds, I wonder if this is a herx for babs.

My night sweats have suddenly become pretty bad too. Air hunger is pretty bad also all of a sudden.

I spent 288.00 on babs testing through Igenex. I've been told it is not a reliable test as there are over 300 strains of babs and Igenex only tests for a couple (as per LLMD).

I wish we would have just treated based on symptoms than to have spent so much money at Christmas time.

I didn't know any better and probably still don't. Therefore I am relying on the good folks here and my LLMD.

For the last 2 months when I herx i get scattered little pimples around my shoulders and upper chest...

I assumed its acne. I am much happier thinking its acne too. [bonk]

They dont itch or anything... just kinda weird it happens when i herx and only while i am herxing.

Lymelight, yes, there is a rash associated with babs. Not sure if you can get the rash itself tested though.

If you haven't already, try searching - I think groovy2's discussed the rash somewhere around here...
