How long after you were on the extreme diet and meds/herbs, until you started to notice a change in your health for the better?

Thanks,

You don't want to know the answer. It was probably 6 months. But I had pretty bad problems.

BTW - I'm not ignoring your PM, just haven't had a chance to think through the answer.

After long term tetra, I did diflucan for a couple of months with about an 80% serious no wheat and carb diet. I had about 80% results.

Post diflucan a couple of months I did no carbs at all and in 3 weeks I was pain free and 100%. I've been well for 6 months now.

Our llmd had me try different foods to see what I reacted too. It is wheat and seems to be wheat alone. I still eat a low carb diet, no refined at all except for some candy over the holidays. L eat corn, brown rice and potaotes without trouble. I can drink wine without trouble. I do still take probiotics every day.

I was already lactose intolerant. I have a delayed reaction with wheat of about 4 days and then the pins in the joint pain. The swelling is going from my joints and my vision is improving.

Sugar, refined carbs, causes inflammation. This is a known, but not too well publisied fact. No sugar= less inflammation.
