Hi - Calcium, magnesium, milk thistle and the multi (and possibly the C, especially if it is not ascorbate) are most likely to interact, to my knowledge.
Milk thistle fights for clearance with certain abx. You can find a list by doing a search on Lymenet re. this subject.
Mag and calcium can not be taken within a couple of hours of certain abx, and usually this information will be on the prescription bottle or you can ask the pharmacist or research online. If you are taking a slow-releasing mag eg mag-tab SR or slo-mag, you would have to watch for the timing also.
The B-vitamins, according to some LLMDs, strengthen the Lyme.
The multi is likely to have b-vitamins and mag and calcium..
Vitamin C is contra in some abx protocols according to some LLMDs because it makes an acidic environment in which the spirochetes thrive. And also for some protocols ( eg Biaxin and plaquenil in which the plaquenil's role is to make a more alkaline pH for the biaxin to penetrate the cells). (This is mostly, again, according to one LLMD). Maybe C-ascorbate would be better because of its alkaline pH?
Hope this helps as a start. I am sure more people will chime in and get more specific and you can always talk to your doc.

There are two schools of thought. Some doctors limit the vitamins and minerals saying they make it easier for the Lyme to strive. Eithers encourage the use.
I work with a doctor, who treats Lyme more naturally, in conjunction with an LLMD. He has me taking B-12, folic acid, magnesium, vitamin c, multi-vitamin, zinc (I'm low in zinc), many different amino acids (I'm low in these), and other supplements I'm low in or targeting my adrenal function.
My energy has been up since working with him.
Probiotics should be fine, but try to take them 2 hours or more after any antibacterial (abx or antimicrobial herbs so they don't kill the probiotics). Milk thistle has drug interactions, particularly some abx.
If you are taking all those supplements and adding herbs, I really wish you could find your way to a knowledgeable doctor to consult with and make sure you aren't doing anything toxic.
Even if it's a phone consult, or an alternative practitioner who may be less expensive than a medical doctor. Maybe just to run the list by, and not to see on a regular basis if you can't afford that.

I have taken high dosage vitamin supplements for 9 months with 9 months of heavy abx usage and I am 90% better from being bed-ridden last April.
There is no problem with taking the vitas you just need to be sure you take them roughly 2 hours prior or after abx
The vitas I take are 49 pills each day with 7 abx pills each day which has varied based on the abx i'm working with.
