I am seeing a lot of positive things about Salt and Vitamin C.
What is this protocol? Does it have to be prescribed by an MD? If not where do I get this?

search this topic on this board for pros and cons... much discussed... i'm impressed by some of the results.

in my half-a...'d approach, doing just table salt, w/o the vit. c, or just sea satl/gray-salt, and inconsistently, at that, i've had impressive relief from some very scary sensations, inclu., those that sent me to the e.r. in the past; and, had i taken this, i'd conjecture that i could have pre-empted the e.r. visit.

adrenal gland t hing, or part of endo. syst., at least involved here, or what?

paradoxical effect here is that i feel relief, and a little to moderately better, doing just the grey salt, and sea salts of any kind...even table salt. never did the straight, NaCl...

Go to:

health.groups.yahoo.com/group/lymestrategies/

and

lymephotos.com

Even though the website names don't refer to Salt/C, they are both dedicated to the subject.

The protocol is literally just salt and Vitamin C, so you don't need prescriptions. But of course you might want to consider talking to your doctor first before trying it.
