Ok - considering that it is the new year I though I would start up the top 10 list again. Name the top 10 things you have done to improve your health.

1. Diet - essential. Low glycemic. Low carb. Low starch. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables - juice - juice - juice. No alcohol, no coffee and no sugar (I slip up on the sugar). No wheat, no corn, no nightshades. I had myself tested for food allergies which was one of the best things I have done.

2. Digestive enzymes

3. Magnesium citrate - a godsend. Lyme disease depletes magnesium, which is turn can cause a whole host of negative side-effects. Magnesium controls over 300 body functions.

4. Goatein - pure goat's milk protein

5. Essential fatty acids

6. Rest

7. Exercise

8. Probiotics

9. Minerals - I use Alcabase - it got rid of my gout in 2 weeks. Amazing for alkalanizing the body. I also supplement with copper which is antimicrobial.

10. Hebal formula muscle-tested for me which works wonders.

I have done many other things but the above are my core protocol for now. I also hold L-carnitine, cilantro, grapefruit seed extract, cetyle myristoleate, activated charcoal and lemon/olive oil in high regard.

All the best.

Gwen

Hello,

That is a great list thanks for posting it.

How long have you been fighting LD and the other "things" that go alone with it?

I am curious if you take anything to kill those "things" and when you did that last?
