Read the page entitled, "Clinical Reference" and pay particular attention to "Approved Indications for HBO Therapy". You'll notice that osteomyelitis falls within the "approved" category, meaning most insurance companies will cover all or some portion of the cost for the treatments.
Then look at "Investigational Indications for HBO Therapy", that 's where you'll find Lyme disease.
It's not a good thing that you have a bone infection, but if you need HBO treatments to cure the infection and you just happen to suffer from Lyme disease also, at least you'll get the benefits of the therapy and hopefully have your health insurance pick up some of the costs.
(and you're only ~ 270 miles from one of the country's best HBO clinics)

I have some experience with this and I will tell you that you can have the HBOT paid for by your insurance carrier if you put the lyme on the back burner and focus on the osteomyelitis...
Osteomyelitis is an approved condition by the UHMS.
