Happy birthday my friend!
Glad to hear you have a new laptop.
We just got back from the doc in NC. My oldest dd was just Dx with Bartonella too. Dr. wants her gall bladder yanked, but need a HIDA scan first. He wants to check my gb too.
He wants to put my daughter on a picc line for IV antibiotics. She got new pain medicine that sounds promising...Lyrica & Lamictal.
A local doctor put my 2 little ones on amoxi and my oldest son on doxy last week. He's had 2 bouts of non-contagious "flu" in the past 5 weeks. Very suspicious in light of our family problems.
Got our results from Bowen...only hubby & I were CDC positive on the commercial Western blot tests, which don't include the 31 or 34 kDa bands.
Doc in Florida must have misunderstood and told me all 5 tested were CDC positive. He must have also misunderstood when he told us all were tested for coinfections & were negative. The lab director said Bowen doesn't even test for coinfections.
I'm glad you're back online!
Call me. It's time for another local meeting. Got some good stuff to discuss & a speaker lined up.
Nancy
