Hey Blast
Its a No No to take Q10 and mepron --
It lowers the good effects of the mepron--
Take mepron with fatty food-- Makes a big diffrence on how good it gets absorbed --Jay--

The theory (as I understand it) is that CoQ10 and mepron bind to the same sites on the mitochondria of the protozoa (babesia, in this case). Therefore the CoQ10 is thought to neutralize the effects of the mepron.
There's a vaguely comprehensible explanation at http://lib.bioinfo.pl/auid:441599 , at the end of the page. I found a better one somewhere else but I've lost the bookmark, sorry.

I was told specifically by my LLMD not to take coq10 with Mepron, and to make sure that my multi-vitamin did not contain it.
