If so, what is your opinion of it? Are you substantially improved? If so, how did you tolerate the gastric side effects of Benicar?

As you might have seen from my other post, I've been on the MP for about 4 months, but I've talked to many other MPers...so I am puzzled about any "gastric" side effects. I've heard of GI problems as a result of the healing process, as some folks have mycoplasmic/borellia deep inside body tissues.
Another possibility, antibiotics can as you know, destroy healthy bacteria in the upper and lower intestine, making the digestion process less efficient (a gross over-simplification). Probiotics of any kind will help, as will a good quality yogurt (check the label to identify multiple varities of bacteria). BIFA-15 is a great product/technology, as it delivers bacteria deeper into the gut, moreso than other (IMHO).
I was skeptical before I started, but the MP is one of the only long term solutions for eliminating cell-wall deficient bacteria from our bodies!
BTW: I am now in phase 2 and doing 2000% better than when I started! Enjoying life again: squash, walks, working a full day, etc.
