I just started taking natural ACV yesterday. I'm nervous about saying this, but I feel like it's already starting to help balance out my system's ph.

A friend told me it helped him with his aches and pains and advised me to try it.

My question for anyone who knows.......does taking ACV while on abx? I would think not, but just checking for informed opinions.

Hi tothepoorhouse,
My Mom swears by ACV, she does not have Lyme but diverticulitis and some other digestion problems.

She talked me into trying it, today is my 2nd day and I feel great. I dont know if its a coincidence or not. But Ill keep in touch.

Also I should mention that the lady at the health food store told her to drink it through a straw, even if its just a TBSP because it takes the enamel off your teeth.

I too just started drinking organic ACV, and I swear I've been feeling much better ! Less fatigue, joint pain, aches, etc. Incredible I say. I can't hack drinking it in water or as a tea. I put it in some organic cranberry/blueberry juice and drink it. Thanks for the hint about the straw. I heard it can wreck your teeth.
