Going back to my my dr. on Friday and still battling stomach issues - wondering what coinfection tests I should request? Babesia and the echerliosis?

Thanks for any tips.

You might want to ask for bartonella to be included, too.

Are you seeing an llmd? If so, he/she should know what else to test you for.

Explore this Igenex website:

OMG the igenex test is $630 for the full coinfections - should I get babesia first? I truly can't afford that much all at once. I had the lyme panel done at Igenenex and have a $50 deductible left on my insurance. Can I get this babesia test done by my doctor locally? He isn't an LLMD but very knowledgeable and refers patients to Dr. Donta and Dr. Philips in CT if he can't treat them.

I just can't afford that much. Is MDL any cheaper and how would I figure out exactly what tests I need?

My sons had two very good llmds who used MDL labs for the co-infection testing.

I've heard that MDL takes insurance.

Please edit out the names of the doctors!!!!!

Look for the pad/pencil icon next to the date. Then when the screen comes up with the text, just go in and delete the letters for the names.
