my elisa was negative my igenex positive both igg and igm(not cdc) i have 20+ symptoms(no arthritis) that i have been told could be lyme, cfs or candida. However as ill as ive been..my CD57 is 80 co-infection tests were all negative. Doesnt add up.

I have to disagree----First the coinfections tests are not that reliable and second your CD57 is not that high--Ok, it's marginally normal, but I have still heard a healthy number is 200 or above. Plus, CD57 can flucuate, too.
Furthermore, CD57 does not correlate in everyone.....if it did it could be used as an absolute diagnostic tool and it certainly is not.
If you have lyme suspicious bands on a western blot and symptoms(which you do),treat the illness and see how you feel--you'll know rather quickly if you are on the right path.
Don't sweat the lab stuff---it is too flawed to be relied upon.

80 is not high - I agree. Could be worse, yes, but it seems to add up to me. The coinfections will show up later.... They always do.
