The supplements look like a lot because so many of them are just one thing, i.e. magnesium. He needs these supplements.
I believe the supplements help to build the immune system ... and when taking so many meds, they are very necessary. My LLMD has me taking a lot of supplements, plus I'm on mepron, biaxin, doxy, artemisia and nystatin. Then there are the probiotics.
I'd worry if it was a lot of meds. but the supplements are there to help build up the immune system, so don't worry. My dad is a non-Lymie and even takes more than that and has his whole life. He looks at least 10 years younger than he is ... actually probably 15 years younger. I've ALWAYS taken that many supplements ... even before I knew I had Lyme.

I have one of those great big huge pill boxes with four compartments a day for seven days. I fill them once a week, and it saves me time from opening bottles all day long.

Oh my gosh, Jim. 93 pills a day? Wow..........
Don't know about the special pill box, but we have a small box with ten compartments in it. It's a small clear plastic box with small compartments that my hubby had. I think it is actually a small box for fishing lures.
I print out the names of pills, times of day, etc. and whether to take with food or water if needed. Then we just tape the instructions/pill list over each compartment. It works very well!

I take a ton between rx's and supps.
I have a pill sorter for my rx's. It has four boxes for each day, marked by the time of day. That helps me remember what I should be taking, when. Sometimes the times aren't exact, but I can remember close enough that it works OK.
Then I have two more sorters for my supps and my Potassium rx, which is a lot, due to my NMH/POTS. These just have one large space for each day of the week.
I've been ill for over 40 years, so I expect the numbers will drop as I continue to improve.
