I am headed to doc in a few and he is going to start me on a regimen of antibiotics. He was at an ILads conference and will be going by that protocol.
What do you think?
I have not been able to work for 2 days.
I am thinking about taking the advice of taking a few weeks off work. What do yout think?

If you have limited time off work, I would wait until your symptoms get too tough to handle. You may not herx right away and might be "wasting" the days off.

I am off for a while, but I think its best. He started me on omnicef and Ceftin. I am taking the omniceft for one week and then add int eh ceftin.
They are pretty high doses because the insurance came back that it would be an overdose but when she explained I had lyme it was not a problem.
