My question is based on the idea that more anti-bodies are present when anti-biotics are being taken, is this true?

If you are doing PCR or antigen-based testing, possibly. If you are just doing a Western Blot, I don't think it will really matter. If you do take ABX for a week, you may need to wait another week or two for your body to create antibodies. For a WB, I would probably just do the test.
