Has anyone read Dr.David Jernigans book and used his protocol?
I would be interested to hear from anyone who has had success with his remedies.
Thanks

I bought his book also. I have several concerns tho and would appreciate hearing from others on this.
First, I thought he was an MD. The way his name is listed leads one to believe his is a medical degree. Not so, he is a chiropractor or some such and has no medical degree.
He sells all the supplements you need and believe me, they are expensive. I tend to shy away from doctors who say "buy only what I have and you'll get cured."
I have read on another board that people swear by his regime but I don't know what's in them.
Open for comments?

I would not buy anything til I researched each product and found someone who had been improved by it .
We are all tired of people profiting from our desperation with " therapies " that do not accomplish anything significant . Anything he seels can probably be found cheaper on the net .
I've read his book & did his protocol a few yrs ago pre abx -i did Borrelogen, microbogen, wobenzyme & the neurotoxin binders (which is mainly chlorella- much cheaper to buy chlorella separately to use as toxin binder
unfortunately i didnt make any significant progress the only thing i can say helped was wobenzyme as acted as anti-inflammatory.

The Lyme naturopath I used to see had me on some of his formulas, which I used in conjunction with antibiotics. This is when I was making my best treatment progress. I don't know how much to attribute to antibiotics versus Jernigan formulas versus other supplements, but the combo worked well for me.
Had to stop a lot of things due to other reasons.
I have spoken to him on the phone. He seems incredibly caring and knowledgeable to me. I realize that he has a certain religious/spiritual bent that may not be comfortable to some, but is fine with me.

He is a very caring man. I heard his whole family had Lyme, but they got better using the things he recommends in his book.
I was in contact with a woman who had Lyme along with severe liver & kidney problems. She couldn't tolerate any antibiotics. She was too weak to sit up in a chair. Her husband took her down to Dr. J's clinic. It took a long time, but she got better without antibiotics.
Just like everything else, it depends upon the person. Some people get well on antibiotics and some don't. Some respond to herbal therapy & some don't.
We are really still in grade school as far as fighting this disease. Unfortunately, there are way too many unanswered questions.
