My LLMD raised my dose from 200mg/daily to 400mg/daily and I am miserable! Pain throughout body, aching feet, extreme fatigue, my head feels like it's floating above my body, very dizzy, tingling in feet an hands,just out of it.
Does this sound like a herx or is the dose too high? Is there anything I can do to help get through it?

I dont have answers but just wanted to comment. I am on only 100mg and tried 200mg and it seemed too much for me. With time it made my face tight and sort of numb but also increased the spacy/dizzy/head pressure sensation i already had. Whether thats a herx or just a side effect from a strong herb..i have no clue. How long were u on the 200mg? Maybe you need to start with 300 then move up.
