I have not had any symptoms for about 4 years now, but it all started again about 3 weeks ago. I had an area on my arm that started to feel a little different, knida numb. Then within a week it moved all the way up my arm to my back and on the otherside of my neck. Now it is all the way down to my stomache, and it itches like crazy. When I first started to have issues i had some numbness/alerted sensation, but nothing like this. I'm also having hip pain and get tried very easy. It would not be so bad but the itching is driving me up the wall.

Has anyone else had this and did they find anything good for the itching?

I am not an expert, but I spent over a year trying to get relief from itchy skin. (Turns out for me that going after it as a bacterial infection within the skin got the best results.)

Here are some things that helped me...

Apis (here or here)for hive-like itchiness.

C-Spot cream on skin (contains vitamin C; seems to help fight infection).

Cream of coco soap.

Watch diet to avoid things that cause inflammation.

Avoid synthetic/chemical creams/lotions.
