This is weird, but I find that my knees are always cold to the touch. I'm not sure what could be causing this, but it's been going on for awhile. When I touch them, it's like I've had a cool pack on them.
I also have cold feet when sitting or standing, which is relieved upon laying down.
The knee thing, though, seems pretty constant regardless of body position.

I have cold knees, I also have small fiber neuropathy. I have a lot of nerve damage from lyme and work with a good neurologist to monitor things. Cold knees are rough. You are not crazy!
