My insurance will pay for my infusion meds, (once a day), but won't pay for, stand, line, saline solution, etc. etc. Where do I go from here, what do I do? I am going to need treatment for a long time. Thanks

that does not make any sense. see if they cover in home nurse service.
if you have medicare, i think they require infusion at the doctors office ,then it is covered.\
when is was in pa, some peopele that i infused with were medicare, and they told me they had to drive 1.5 hours each day each way to get infusion. i may be wrong , maybe someone else knows better. i have private bc bs as primary and medicare secondary.

Originally, they said my wife at home could do the infusion. So that was ok, no problem. So my Aetna insurance covers the meds, but not the "EQUIPMENT", ok what's the equipment, I asked? Stand, line, saline solution, gloves, and alchohol wipes. Ok, how much is that? $30.00 per day I was told! If I stay on meds for one year I calculated at $30.00 per day, out of pocket, then I think I passed out!! Need advice really bad. I do have Medicare also. Please help.
