Jan, I have used homeopathy for many issues during my treatment. I have seen a homeopath off and on. It has helped with some of the emotional stuff. I also use the bioplasma homeopathic salts - works wonders. I only used all of this in a supportive way, although my homeopath says she has treated people with lyme successfully with homeopathy and supplements alone - who knows?

I used a remedy called Bartonella Remedy, from Deseret Biologicals.

You have to get it from a professional, and can't order it directly as a consumer. It seemed to work very well. I reacted very strongly too it, and crashed for about four weeks while using it.

My homeopath said it seems to have completely cleared the Bartonella, and also said that as a result my Babesia and Borrelia are not as significant any more either.

I'll take that as one good opinion and one approach, and I am using others as well.

I can say that at this point my condition is about 50% improved after using it, along with some other complementary modalities.

I also am just beginning to use Apo Hepat, a liver detox homeopathic from Pekana.

The Deseret Biologicals were what I used as well.

Another vote for Deseret. My homeopathic doc used quite a few of their products treating me, especially their Borellia 1M and 10M vials. He also used a selection of others, who's manufacturers I'm unsure of.

Maybe it helped me. Its the opinion of both my lyme docs and my homeopathic docs that I don't have any more infectious agents (lyme, babesia, etc...) I used it in conjuction with antibiotic and anticyst/protozoan drugs. Not sure if this is true, as I still feel crappy, but the prevailing theory is that I still have a lot of "damage" to undo, but at least there are no more bugs floating around.
