Just wanted to share my experience so far with doing Buhner's core protocol on top of my Bicillin therapy. To give a little history, I didn't just start abx therapy...I've been on various abx for 1.5 years, mostly Bicillin 1.2mu q week in combo w/various oral abx. I've made a lot of progress w/my past therapy, but have relapsed whenever we tried to take me off of Bicillin.

For the last 10 days I've been on Bicillin 1.2mu every 3 days and the maximum dose of the core protocol and Tindamax 500mg twice daily. I feel like I'm herxing more deeply than I have in a long time. I'm really feeling it in my spinal cord and neck, which makes me very happy, because I've always felt that my abx weren't getting to that area in the past. And until we can get rid of that colony of Bb in our spinal cord, we don't have a chance of getting well.

Increasing my Bicillin dose definitely helps, but I know that Buhner's protocol is working too, because I've herxed whenever I ramped up the dose, and now I herx about 2-3 hours after I take each dose. I really get the sense that Bicillin and Buhner's core protocol is a very powerful combination and may be synergistic. Has anyone else done this and had a similar experience?

If you're on Bicillin and want to maximize the potential, you might want to try it.

Thanks for the post about your experience. I am using some of Buhner's support protocols, but not the major killers yet. Gives me hope.
