Marnie, what did you mean about the connection of Bb, zinc, "fingers" and histamine that you mentioned on the post about Whitaker's new test? Could you please elaborate? I have found the only thing that helps me sleep is Benadryl, an antihistamine, and had wondered what it was doing that enabled me to sleep. I had no sleep problems prior to getting lyme.

Interesting. Benadryl is what I take to sleep also. Tried Sonata and Melatonin, both kept me awake and with Sonata I would sleep in short spurts and be in a twilight with horrible dreams, plus felt awful and toxic the entire next day.
