I didn't know it was ever used for Lyme, but I would try it anyway since you may have undetected bart or some other bacterial agent.

It works on Lyme and Ehrlichia. A pal was put on it for a seemingly resistant or difficult case or Ehrlichia, but it turned out she had Bart, too, so it hits both.
I have very bad Bart and Rifampin has been very hard for me. If you have sensitivities, ramp up slowly if your practitioner agrees.
