I think it was a year or two ago that someone on here suggested I get a book for brain health/supplements. It has a lot of information about Amino acids that our brains need.
It was written by a woman Dr. who also has something to do with a rehab clinic (in California/somewhere out west??)(I know she has treated alcoholism, eating disorders, depression) - Ohh, it bugs me, because I can't remember!
The book is really good - it has different chapters on different defiencies that you may have. You answer a group of questions in each chapter - and it tells you what you may need to take for supplements.
The only problem is - I gave it to someone to borrow about a year ago - and I won't be able to get it back.....(long story)
And because of my "lyme-brain" I can't remember the title of the book, or the Doctor's name to look it up on the internet!!!!
If anyone can help, or knows what book I'm talking about - THANK YOU for your response.
If I've totally confused anyone, I'm sorry - only a "lymie" would post such a question. I know I'm grasping at straws here, but I'm desperate - I really want to get my hands on that book again.
My kids and I need it!
Thanks again, ArtnSoul
