I'm going to request a trial run of Abx, i had ELISA - NEg, PCR DNA - Neg, WEstern Blot had alot of IND Bands and almost enough + bands for a + result. If any one of the IND bands were +, it would have been +.

I've read doxycycline, but, my friend is suggesting minocycline ....

Do you know the diff. bet the two, which one is better and what are the suggested doses for a trial run.

I will try for 4 weeks then get off and get retested..

Thx,

mino is associated with nasty side effects so is used less although it can work great for some people- can cause a lupus like syndrome-

Doxy also has side effects- sun sensitivity- nausea if take w/o food in larger doses-

p.s. Doxy is also used more often because it works agianst Ehrlichiosis/ Anaplasmosis, to some degree inhibits Babesiosis (Doxy is used as prophylactic for malaria) and is good re Lyme- no other drug has such great range- broad effect-

Doxy is a great starter drug- the usual-!!!!!
Best wishes,
Sarah
