My kids are markedly improving. We are re-entering. Dealing with separation issues.

Anxiety about especially daughter with POTS out and about without me. She does better if I am not there.

One thing I am changing is that between meds and supplements; She was taking meds, supplements, and and injection which resulted in "medicine time" literally 10x a day.

We are dropping some less essential pills and a tinture for now as the light bulb has gone off that the constant medicine is causing stress and is counter productive right now. Constant remider we are sick not best.

Working toward kids taking more responsibilty for selves...challenge with brain fog and habit of me taking care of everything.

Anyone been through this and have ideas or encouragement?

Char
