Hi guys! I had been feeling pretty good for the past week and a half but felt like I needed some light exercise. Yesterday I walked, normal pace, on flat treadmill for 30 mins, and did some simple circuit training (very low weight, only 10-20 reps). I didn't even break a sweat! Felt pretty good afterwards. About 2pm today I crashed, totally wiped out.

Is this too much? I'm trying not to turn into a complete blob of Jello. About a week before I could only walk about 4-5 blocks before I was too tired (only about twice a week); I was hoping to do better.

How come I am still just as hungry if I am not expending as much energy? I can't seem to feel full enough if I don't at least eat something like Cheerios in the morning. I am sick of poached eggs and grapefruit! I'm just not satisfied with the Yeast diet.

Any thoughts on all this? I'm rambling on, sorry.

P.S. Anyone notice how gorgeous it was today in Virginia? [Cool]

I feel the same way when I cut out bad carbs and sugars. I started eating healthier again a few weeks ago and I am wiped out!

I think it is like a herx. Your body is cleaning out the old garbage and you feel it.

Make sure you are eating enough calories and taking vitamins. Drink a good amount of water to help flush things out. You should feel better soon enough.

Also, don't over do it when you feel well. That has been a bad habit of mine and I always make myself worse in the long run.

Unfortunately, you need to start s-l-o-w.

I think for me...the feeling hungry all the time part was partially from yeast....

Once I got the yeast under control, my need to "eat" all the time went away also.

Now I have the opposite problem...I eat, but keep losing weight...

I have gone from 127lbs to 110.....

Normally this would be great....but I am 5'7...

My husband says it looks like I am wasting away.

Try extending your exercise program slowly...

I started with 10 minutes of walking...and slowly added 5 minutes about every 4-5 days...

Worked up to 30 minutes plus without that feeling like I over did it the next day.

Hugs,

Geneal

Thanks guys for your imput. I have a medium-to small frame, but I am 5' 8''. 132lbs is just about perfect for me to feel comfortable, but I've gained about 8lbs. over two years.

I know that may not seem like a lot of weight to some people, but I can't afford new clothes and I am very self conscience. At my age it is very difficult to loose weight. I already have hip and knee problems that precludes most exercise programs, so walking is important.
