Later tonight an announcement will be posted here. Please check back and be ready to help to save your butt... and many others.

If it wasn't an emergency, you know I wouldn't ask.

Thank you!

The suspense is killing me. I am getting all worried, nervous, and anxious. What could it be? But besides that...I am here no matter what.

It is late for me so I will check back in the morning also. Good luck

Well thank you to the folks who discovered this problem and HOPEFULLY maybe fixed it?

So sorry to keep you in suspense.. but things were changing minute by minute... and I JUST got this info below MY info after a bunch of mad dashing around.

Back ground...

Some of our not so nice friends tried to stick an amendment on a bill at the last minute that would have regulated antibiotics and set limits on them. NOT good!!!!

The bill could have been voted on at any minute because it was ready to roll when it was discovered this was happening by folks behind the scenes who were watching our backs.

Thank goodness those in power know what they are doing!!!

I just got a note from them saying..

``````````````````````````````````````````````
After pulling together info and having contacts with several government offices, it appears there will be an amendment to the amendment, which will exclude Lyme & other tick-borne diseases from the original amendment we were concerned with. The original amendment has been filed, but we are not sure if it will be considered, but if it is, it appears it probably will have this exclusionary language put into it.
Since this bill and all amendments associated with it (many many) are in a state of flux, nothing can be assured. We will try to stay on top of things and alert you to actions which may need to be immediately taken.
Thanks all for help and patience in this vital matter. We will send a link to a website being developed now if we think further necessary actions must be taken.
Sorry to be vague but this situation is evolving constantly.
```````````````````````````````````````````
Thanks to all who worked hard to get this situation turning around in our favor!!! Let's hope no more surprises are in store for anyone!!!

Sorry I am so scattered.. this hit out of the blue and I had to run.

I also put a quick post out on Lyme Net for help as soon as I was called and want to thank Beverly, Trueblue and Dilly for coming to the rescue.

We had to put together info for 50 states in less than one hour to be put on a web site.

Had they not immediately written to volunteer and jumped in with both feet.. it could NOT have been done.

Thanks for doing such a good job!!!

Ice cream for everyone!!!
