Any self help measures for avoiding side effects. What do people out there consider a safe dose duration that would be likely to avoid any serious problems. Also what are warning signs of gall bladder problem. What tests reccomended to monitor side effects. Thanks

Take milk thistle FOR SURE!!!

You can get your liver enzymes checked every few weeks.

Some people have gallbladder problems within months, some never. Hard to say how long would be "safe."
