I received a copy of my daughter's lab work for the western blot test. For Lyme IGG, P41 AB is present, and for Lyme IgM, P41 and P39 are present. Under Lyme IgG/IgM Ab, <0.91. Does anyone know what this means?

You're showing a Lyme disease specific band, #39. Band 41 is flagella, not Lyme specific, I believe the .91 you are referring to is the ELISA, which is pretty inaccurate for Lyme. The testing for Lyme is poor, that is why Lyme is a clinical diagnosis and you have to go by the symptoms, and not the tests. A positive Western Blot can help the diagnosis but a negative one does not rule out Lyme.
Here is a good article that explains the Western Blot

I responded to your other post, but your IgG is CDC positive for Lyme. It's also indicative of an current infection.
Band 39 is the red flag when it comes to Lyme. It basically screams Lyme Disease.
The IgG is CDC negative and would probably be negative through Igenex.
It doesn't mean she doesn't have Lyme. These tests are iffy when it comes to getting a postive anyway. This is why Lyme disease is a clinical diagnosis instead of strictly a lab diagnosis.
The other test, if it's the ELISA, I think may actually be equivocal. I think generally anything greater than 1.0 is a positive.
