Are you kidding? I had 104 degree fever with onset of infection, then low-grade for a year or so afterward. Only later did my system crash and then I began with the low, low, low body temps (down to 95 sometimes). If you have a good immune system to fight off infections, as I did with my initial, undertreated Lyme, then you will have a fever.

My normal temp is less than 97 but I tend to run low grade fevers, very often nightly, in varying degrees. Ha!
Anyway, I generally top out at 99-100.5

I had low grade fevers for 20 years with my lyme. When my fevers where not low grade I had very low temps. So they went from low grade 99.0-100 to 96 -97. Crazy disease
It wasn't untill I treated for babs the second time that they finally went away.
I would also like to know why alot of lyme patients with an active infection don't get any fevers. My personal theory is that bb likes a cold environment & manipultaes our body temps to be low for their own comfort.
Another theroy is that some people with lyme have renal, hormonal, adrenal, thryroid ect.. problmes which may lower body temp. So maybe we would be running fevers but the colateral damgae is so great that a 98.6 or lower is really a temp in a lyme patient.
Just some ramblings Dana
