B. Burgdorgeri AB Positive 23 KD Reactive 39 KD Non-Reactive 41 KD Reactive
Just to give you a little history, she had this test done when she was 4 (2003). They gave her 3 weeks of amoxcillin. After a few months I told her Pediatrician that she just wasn't the same kid anymore. So he tested her again for the lyme and said everything was fine. Well over the course of a few years I have had her to a psychiatrist, a neurologist, and many, many pediatrician visits. She complains of headaches, display symptoms of OCD, has violent outburst, depression, IBS, UTI, always tired but can't sleep at night, night terrors, etc. Her pediatrician just keep s saying that she is a hypochondriac. For a while I was starting to wonder myself. Then I was talking with someone that has the lyme and said it is possibly from the lyme. Could it be even though a latter blood test said no?
Sorry, for the lenthy email.
Thanks

She has a few specific bands that are positive. Most non-lyme literate doctors will not treat people long enough to actually kill the infection so it will come back.
I would get her to a LLMD(lyme literate medical doctor) and have her tested again through IGeneX.
And the tests for lyme are NOT accurate! Most often they miss 60 -70% of cases. So if the test result says "neg" at the top it doesn't nescessarily mean she doesn't have it. You have to look at any specific bands that are positive. Like 39 - 34 for example.
