I was jsut wondering how much Magnesium people buy and what kind to get. I can't find the Mag tab SR thats suggested by doctor B. Also what kind of acidophilus is the best? I have been taking 3 cullterelle a day and got a eyat infection. :-(
Please help I'm new at all of this.

I found Mag Tab to be the best. You can get it at Walmart, but it is usually behind the counter so you have to ask the pharmacist.
I also like Theralac for the stomach. I believe you can get it over the net, or some llmd's carry it in there office.

I use OptiFlora from Shaklee and Saccromyces for my gut.
The OptiFlora got me through nine months of IV Rocephin.

Lulu -- I have been using Pharmax probiotics and an obscure magnesium supplement called mapurit.
Breathwork -- of the many different probiotics, how did you happen to choose saccromyces? I noticed it at the store where I buy my probiotics and it sparked my interest for some reason.

LuLu, You usually have to order Mag-Tab SR from the company. They are fast and nice to deal with. Niche pharmaceuticals.I take it because its the only one that doesnt give me diarrhea! Cindy
