Other than what is mentioned above I like: coconut milk, green teas, clean water & no sugar or alcohol. A also take selenium but in moderation. Aside from these things, trying to keep stress down to a minimum can help too...not always easy to do though.
Once treatment was done for a long time for my lyme & co's, my immune system panals came back to normal range.

I'm on probiotics along with antibiotics, just ordered the Gaba Complex, will try some of the foods, but sleep (although sounds wonderful) is just not happening and runs in our family.
