I heard that Lou sent out an email (this was discussed on antoher Lyme list) saying that there was a lightning strike on the building that housed the server that runs the site, and they're looking into some kind of backup arrangement in another area to prevent this in the future.
-------------------- Symptom Free!!! Thank you all!!!!
All of us on the LymeNet team are well aware of the outage ... LymeNet, LymeNet Flash and LDA are all down.
All the servers are installed at a location in North Carolina that suffered a major lightning hit @ 4:35AM today (6/19).
Due to damage to the equipment, the current estimate is that we will be down until Monday 6/25. ***********************
Long term, we're going to try to get set up so we can hook in an alternate Internet connection as a "disaster recovery" plan in case something like this happens again.
Meanwhile, all of our users can take a break and do something other than spending way-too-much-time on the LymeNet Flash.
Take care, Lou B PS - Jenifer can not get your emails as her email server @lymenet.org is also down.

I'm seeing a bunch of red "x"s on the board - like links to the state support groups and such - is everybody seeing the same thing?
