Hi All,

For the last several weeks I've noticed lumps under my skin, not where I believe lymph nodes usually appear (or do they?)

For example, I find them along the sides of my abdomen from the bottom of my ribs to the top of my hip bone. They continue in from both sides toward the center of my abdomen.

They don't hurt, and there are many of them. There is no color to them.

I am currently being treated for suspected Bartonella with Factive. I'm wondering:

- If anyone with Bart has seen these and thinks they're Bart nodules?

- If anyone with Lyme notices swollen lymph nodes in those areas? Do swollen lymph nodes appear in that part of the body?

Thanks,

- Andrew

The areas where I had significant swelling of lymph nodes was

Under my arm pits, in my groin area and also in my neck.

I have these little nodules too. One right on the edge of my rib cage.

It doesn't hurt either.

Hope this helps even a little.

Hugs,

Geneal

You have over 600 Lymphnodes in your body.I have huge Lymphnodes in my neck in my armpits, in my arm near my elbow, and around my collar bone.

I am not sure that they are in the location you mention. You can also have Lipomas which are movable fatty masses.

I may be getting a biopsy to see why they are so big...

I had swollen lymphnodes around my neck and on my head.

My llmd treated me with four months of levaquin and the nodules vanished.

My llmd thinks that these type of nodules are from bart or blo.

Bartonella nodules are not uncommon. Sounds possible.
