Hi all

I have been on Stephen Buhner's herbal protocol for the past month. Was only taking about 3 Andro, 3 JK and 3 Cats Claw daily and added in the Similax last Monday 3 daily.

On Wednesday and Thursday I felt dreadful. My body temp dropped to 35.9C and I felt so cold despite having on lots of clothes yet I couldn't stop sweating. I needed to lie down cos I had no energy at all and also needed extra sleep. I had a slight sore throat but nothing much. On the Wednesday I was also quite dizzy at times.

I am pleased to say that today I felt much better, whatever it was has passed. I had good energy, managed a good 25 minute walk, no neuro symptoms at all.

I am wondering if this was a typical herx?

Lil

Sounds very babesia like. Do those herbs hit babs?
