I can't say that I have had success with the ambrotose but I have been using it along with some other Mannatech items for about 2-1/2 months now.
I am also pulsing with antibiotics. I am feeling much, much better although I don't know if it is from the ambrotose or the antibiotics or both.
You must stay on the ambrotose for a long time for it to be affective. I'm giving it a try.

I took the complete Ambrotose program for about 3 months and it did nothing. I was not on ABX at the time, since I was still misdiagnosed with Fibro back then.
I have since tried D-Ribose instead, which did work to increase my energy, but cost too much for me to continue, and made my hypoglycemia worse.
