Just wanted to know whether anyone else is on Erythromycin?

I was on Azithromycin, but my stomach hated it no matter what probiotics I took and the only thing that helped was NOT taking it (my doctor advised me to stop it for a couple of days) and so my doctor put me on Erythromycin.

Just curious, that's all.

What are you taking it for?
Lyme or a coinfection?

I don't think it's recommended for Lyme, but I believe it is good for Ehrlicia.

My LLMD prescribed it for me in place of Azithromycin because my stomach hated the Azith. :\

I believe I was taking the Azith for possible Babesia, so I'd assume this other stuff he prescribed works the same way?

LLMD just prescribed this for my hubby also. Picked it up Friday, but he hasn't started it yet.

I'm honestly not sure what it is supposed to hit, babs or bart?
