I have thinking about having the CD-57 test done but I live in the U.K and have some questions.
Does anyone know if Labcorp can do the CD-57 test from other countries? Is it right that only some Labcorp labs do the proper test? if so, which labs are these? in which states? How much is the test? Do I need a doctor to order it?
Thanks in advance.

Yes I am ChrisB from EuroLyme Thanks for the reply and info.
I'm not really sure what to do. I have been on treatment for about a year now but to be honest don't feel like I have made any major improvements. I had a relapse a few months ago and haven't recovered since. I have been off antibiotics now for 4 weeks to have a break and it hasn't made any difference, I am still very up and down with all my symptoms. I just need a test to show that Lyme is still the major problem in my illness, but I guess that test doesn't yet exist.
I was tested at the Bowen lab with their Q-RIBb last year which was 1:64 for Lyme and coinfections were negative. At the beginning of this year I went to a private hospital and had lots of other tests done, here were the results:
Igenex IgM WB: Band 31: IND Band 39: IND Band 41: +
Igenex IgG WB: Band 31: ++ Band 34: IND Band 41: ++ Band 66: +
Igenex B. Microti antibody: IgM and IgG were 1:20 Negative
Igenex HME Panel: IgG and IgM were negative.
Igenex HGE Panel: IgG and IgM were negative.
Igenex ELISA IgG and IgM were 0.80, which is negative.
Then I had the Immunosciences Lyme panel which found the following: Lyme TNF-A MEDIUM = 1245 -- normal range 0-1000
TNF-A LYME ANTIGEN = 3570 -- normal range 0-1000
IL-10 LYME ANTIGEN = 1722 normal range 0-1500
Borrelia Lysate antibody test was 2.0, which was in the intermediate range.
I then had the LTT-MELISA test done in Germany, which was positive to 2 of the Borrelia antigens, which shows current active infection. The immunoblots done at the same lab were negative.
Other tests showed low lympocytes, high ESR, low creatinine, high albumin and low Magnesium, Vitamin E and Vitamin B's.
Physical examination showed: Ears, nose and throat showed reddened pharynx, thryoid normal, several alagram fillings, multiple glands palpable in neck, axilla and inguinal region, lungs clear, BP 120/80 and everything else was normal.
Can Lyme cause reddened pharynx? or could that be a viral infection? I haven't been tested for any other infections, not even viral.
