Can sinus issues and allergies create a reactive band 41?

Perhaps if you are allergic to spirochetes!
I believe band 41 is the flagella of spirochetes. Would be positive if you have sphyillis or lyme; or there is some gum disease too I think.

H Pylori and Bartonella also have flagella. It's a crap shoot. I only have 41, but we are treating anyway.
