My daughter and I stay on a good bio-identical progesterone cream. It seems to have helped.

Hi Liz, you can support your adrenals with Moducare, Cytozyme and Seriphos. Moducare you take 2 in the morning, Cytozyme you start with 1 in the morning for a week, then add another one at noon, Seriphos you take one an hour or so before bedtime. All of these supplements my LLMD recommended after she tested me and my adrenals came back low. I got them on the internet.

Kathi my adrenals don't work. I have to take cortisol and florinef. I had the stim test and was 0.1 baseline and stimmed to 0.5. I should have stimmed to 18. I also flunked the stim test for growth hormone and am taking it. I didn't know if the Lyme caused this problem and will get better or if I'm going to be stuck with it for life. I am sure I've had Lyme for over 25 yrs and just got diagnosed in June. Just finished 6 wks of doxy and starting ceftin. I can tell I'm improving. YEAH!!!! I just want these endocrine glands to work again..... Liz
