Hi everyone,
It seems that every time I take a new abx, my headaches and neuropathy come back full force. It really dosen't matter whether it is treatment for lyme, babs, or bart, it always seems that it hits my brain the hardest.
Does anyone have one symptom that predominates over the others, especially while herxing?

For me (and I would expect for everyone) the neurological symptoms are the last to go. Even after many years of treatment they still do occur sometimes during a flare up or drug switch. They are also the first to come back after a relapse (of which I have had a few).
So in my opinion what you are seeing is normal for this disease.

For me, my neurological symptoms were the first to go during IV treatment. My joints were the last and didn't fully subside until a few months after the final oral abx.
Now that I am relapsing, my joints are starting first (worst than last time), and the neurological problems are slowly following.
My herxing has always been mild, but I always seem to get head pain.

Fatigue and brain fog. But these are symptoms for both Lyme and Babs. So, who know which, or both, many be in play!
