i don't know if this is just lyme or not so here goes.
i hav started walking trying to keep some of this weight off, and keep in some kind of shape.
one day, i felt a terible sharp stabbing pain on the right side of my foot above the little toe.i looked it up and it's the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones that hurt.
i cannot press on the top of the foot above the little toe and the toe next to it, it really hurts.
walking hurts and causes a stinging sensation in that foot.
i have a huge, and i mean, huge bunion on the large toe which stays very red and irritated.
so basically, my feet are a mess.
could all this walking and using my gazelle caused a stress fracture or is this just lyme???
my feet also burn.

I also get the stabbing pain on little toe side of my foot. X-rays showed no fracture, pain is gone now, I have attributed it to the lyme. MD gave me muscle relaxer, it did not help much, I have just resorted to gritting my teeth when it occurs.
Good luck with yours

I know I am weird ,,,but for me foot pain is directly related to diet somewhat. Always worst when I eat Potatoes, Tomatoes,,too many crackers,,, and alot of bread!! Seems related to "ME". but IB --just don--
