Hi all. Need help finding some of the herbs in the protocal. Found a few online & a few more today @ healthfood store, but not enough to get started. Still need the following:
1.)Andrographis paniculata 400 mg capsules. Store had andrographis - but nowhere on the bottle did it mention the "paniculata" part, so I decided to wait on that one. Wasn't sure if there was a difference.
2.) Smilax 425-500mg capsules. I found drops in this, but not capsules, errrr....
3.)Siberian Ginseng - can't find the 1 that is 250mg standardized plus 200mg whole herb - did find 1 that was all whole herb, but passed till I searched more.
4.) Zinc picolinate w/copper. Found zinc - but no mention of picolinate, or copper on bottle. (batting a thousand here, lol)
5.) Silicon drops - found "silica" but no mention on bottle of "silicon" - passed on that 1 also!
Thanks so much guys for any links/phone #'s u can provide me. It is much appreciated. I have slow dial up so alot of searching is nearly impossible. Not to mention the headache I've had for the last few days trying to absorb all this info into my poor lyme brain. I'm very overwhelmed, but overall loved the book. Thanks in advance. (((hug)))

Hi, you can get pretty much ALL you need from 1st Chinese herbs. Call Sarah. You can google their website and get the phone number. Doesn't take long even with dial up.
You do NOT want Stephania TINCTURE for eye wash. Get the cut and sifted herb and make a decoction. Tincture you drink. Has alcohol and I imagine would be very hard on the eyes. Alcohol burns.
I buy ALL my herbs from 1st Chinese. I have been on BUhner's protocols for 21 months.
