Ok, this may be a strange question, but I am wondering if this is a lyme symptom: I have noticed in the last few months that I have developed ridges in some of my nails. And actually, as I look at them now, it seems to be just on my right hand and toes....is this related to lyme?

I was just reading information about this last week, that indicated that B12 deficiency can cause fingernail ridges.

I just talked to my Naturlist about this last

night. Vertical ridges means digestive issues,

horizontal ridges is a stress indicator.
